If the battery version is not matched with the aircraft version, a prompt indicating that the firmware needs to be updated will be displayed. Then follow on-screen instructions to update the battery.

The remote controller uses omnidirectional antennas (One antenna is built-in on the top of the phone holder.). Please point the antennas at the aircraft during use.
Make sure to operate the aircraft in an open area. Tall metal structures, mountains, rocks, and forests may interfere with the aircraft’s compass and GPS signals.
In order to prevent the remote controller from interfering with other wireless devices, be sure to turn off other wireless devices before using the remote controller.
Do not fly in the vicinity of a source of electromagnetic interference. Sources of electromagnetic interference include but are not limited to: Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, high-voltage wires, high-voltage power transmission stations, mobile phone base stations, and television broadcast signal towers.

Does the DJI Mavic 3 series remote controller support QC protocol?

The RC-N1 remote controller does not support QC protocol.

DJI Mavic 3 supports USB PD fast charging protocol. PPS protocol can handle up to 88 W of input power, and PD protocol supports up to 65 W of input power.

What should I do if the battery does not respond when I use DJI Mavic 3 for the first time?

New batteries are in hibernation mode and need to be charged to wake up hibernating batteries.
Perform the following to wake up hibernating batteries.
Method 1: Connect the charging cable of the charger to the Type-C port at the rear of the aircraft, and charge the battery until the battery level LEDs light up.
Method 2: Insert the batteries to the Battery Charging Hub, and charge the batteries until the battery level LEDs light up. Please note that the battery charging hub charges batteries in sequence. After a battery is fully charged, the battery charging hub will start charging the second battery to bring it out of hibernation.

What are the functions of DJI Mavic 3 Battery Charging Hub?

DJI Mavic 3 Battery Charging Hub can be used to charge up to three batteries and supports USB PD fast charging protocol. But the Battery Charging Hub cannot be used for battery discharging.

Do I need to power off the DJI Mavic 3 battery before charging it?

Yes, make sure that the battery is turned off before charging. Please note that the battery cannot be charged when it is turned on.

Do you have any suggestions for the maintenance of the DJI Mavic 3 battery?

Before storage, please make sure that the remaining battery level is at least 60%. It is recommended to charge and discharge the battery once every three months to improve battery performance.
If the battery level is below 60%, it is recommended to charge it until it is 60% before storage.
If the battery level is above 70%, the battery will discharge automatically on the 9th day to about 60%.

Connect the live wires (labelled with L), null lines (labelled with N) and earth wires (labelled with PE) of the two fast charging cables of the C8000 Intelligent Charger with the live wire, null line and earth wire of the generator, respectively.

Does the C10000 Intelligent Power Supply support three-phase fast charging?

The C10000 Intelligent Power Supply does not support three-phase input. However, it can achieve single-phase fast charging in an environment with three-phase five-wire industrial power that meets a power requirement of over 18 kW. Please follow the wiring instructions in the C10000 user manual.
