Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete accounting function, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain statutory documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with tax and secretarial functions to ensure full compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with the central treasury department for efficient funds management and smooth payment processing.
• Work closely with business units to develop, monitor, and update budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to support business planning and strategy development.
• Drive ERP implementation for respective entities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic management reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors for audit engagements and statutory reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Part-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a plus.
